just realize that once you have someone come in and teach seo to your company, you will need a bright person to keep learning seo as its ever changing as well as actually implementing and adjusting to changes in the search engines. Just bringing someone to teach everything they know will not mean guaranteed success.

Right... I work VERY HARD to improve and stay up. At least 20 hours per week just exploring and watching and thinking and experimenting.
