seo companies??
Hi all:
We are looking to hire a compnay for our Google optimization. Any advice? Any respected members of this forum interested? We are also thinking about a company called SEO inc. Anyone worked with them? The project would include 4-5 new websites, plus one website that has a page rank of 5 and 125 backlinks. Also - I'm hearing some good things about SEO guy.... If interested, please PM me Thanks guys and girls.... From an external vantagepoint - SEO Inc. & SEO Guy are both good and comparable - to a certain extent. Your industry plays a major part in how well these SEO firms can assist you in performances. In each instance (and this is all firms) insidered knowledge of a industry, specific resources already dedicated to that industry, and mutually developed relationships in specific industries will allow a specific SEO to performance exceptionally in one industry, and have lackluster performances is another. SEO Guy is very good. For future reference, you should post this in a different category (SEO Professionals).

I know of SEO Guy and have really appreciated his experience and insight. I hadn't seen the other companies stuff so I went to their site, visited the "basic package" and found:
Our NEW CrawlCatcher™ Technology An initial ranking report Creation of targeted, optimized META tags Addition of robots.txt file Creation of a search engine friendly site map Inclusion in The Major Search Properties Hand submissions to the top search engines Maybe call it "basic basic"

I try to read everything SEO-GUY writes and I would use his firm in a heartbeat, but depending on industry, budget and your ambitions there are a lot of good firms and persons that could do a very good job for you.

True, true. There are probably 5-10 SEOs I've come across here that I'd turn my sites over to if I ever decided to outsource. I hesitate making a list because I'd invariably leave someone out who's talents exceed his/her reputation. Unfortunately there isn't an easy way to provide rankings of contributing users/mods that provide SEO services, which industries they've targeted, pricing, etc.
Sorvoja, I'm very glad to hear that you stopped smoking. Cygnus |

who would you perfer to compete with?
Someone that helps you get there (and vice versa) - or someone that is intent on kicking you out at any costs! Mutually developed strategies are superior to a singular motive - and if you can find one -- that's the one to run with -- you already know they can perform for you "specifically"! ;

YOU DON'T KNOW THE HALF OF IT! ;) We tend not to think about this "at all" this way but we actually do this "ALOT"! Ever do a link exchange where your direct competitor was already listed? Why would you want to link to a site that links to your own competitor? Are you not helping them out? Is there something in it for you?... and them at the same time? |

always seems like Fathom is "thinking outside of the box". I almost hate to read your posts as my mind drifts off in 2,000 other directions on what we "could" be doing.
