SEO Specialist
We are searching for a highly motivated SEO Specialist. In this role you will manage client SEO campaigns including review, implementation and reporting. This position is based in Henderson, NV (no telecommuting).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform SEO and technical site analysis, competitive analysis, and link analysis.
• Create and execute client natural search engine optimization strategies and plans.
• Experience with SEO keyword research/development and copywriting
• Hands-on optimization (site structure, page construction, content, keyword research and SEO copywriting)
• Research, identify and establish link partners with authoritative web sites for our SEO clients
• Ongoing management of all campaigns including reporting, analysis and optimization.
• Communicate regularly with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis.
• Full ownership over client satisfaction and positive results.
• Continually monitor the natural search industry, and work with management to develop new product offerings.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of natural search engine optimization required.
• Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation
• Strong, working understanding of the Search Engine Marketing industry, including major players and supporting technologies.
• Specific technical web experience, such as expertise in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, is preferred.
• Agency experience a plus.
• Strong execution and implementation skills.
• Solid understanding of web analytics tools and advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of paid search engine marketing (PPC) a plus.

Paid Search Specialist
We are searching for a highly motivated Paid Search Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on paid search campaigns for clients. This position is based in Henderson, NV (no telecommuting).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and optimize successful pay per Click (PPC) campaigns on Tier 1, Tier 2 and other search engines including Google, Yahoo and MSN.
• Experience with PPC keyword research/development
• Write create copy for paid search media campaign ads.
• Ongoing management of all campaigns including reporting, analysis and optimization.
• Communicate regularly with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis.
• Full ownership over client satisfaction and positive results.
• Continually monitor the paid search landscape, and work with management to develop new product offerings.
