Seo and Macromedia Flash
I was thinking...
In this time I am navegating across the web, and making a lot of sites, and reading a lot of seo tips. And in my head there is a big cuestion. Why site created with macromedia flash, with nothing else, can take a page rank of 5? Please if someone know this, say me why. Then may be I will sleep well. Thanks to all. Flash sites
Without knowing, which site you are talking about it is difficult to answer specifically, however I guess that the site in question has been around a while and probably has quality inbound links!
If there is a link to this site from other sites with similar synergy and these sites have high PR - that will do nicely!

Page rank of 5 and a site created with Macromedia flash could be a mere coincidence. There could be several factors helping the site to gain page rank some of which are the ones Switchseo referred to.
