    SEO Consultant Needed

    Hi Everyone,

My company is looking for an SEO/adwords consultant to optimize our web presence. We are looking for someone with references and a portfolio of experience. Our Website is Mailware dot com, we sell a multi-channel e-comerce and mail order back end management software package. We have an in house copywriter who writes to specification along with many experienced web devs on staff though we lack the experience with adwords or SEO in general. Please PM me with contact information website and references, and quotes which would be absolutely awesome.

We are looking for someone who will do keyword research, competitor analysis, list generation, link building, etc.

    Thank You so much,

    Thank You so much,
Train your copy writer to look at your web logs/analytics and write copy for the areas you already generate some buzz for. That's the extent of keyword research, building where your market exists.

Competitor analysis can be coupled with web promotion, which assuming moderate competitors, is an ongoing process.

On page optimization on the other hand should be accomplished once every blue moon (if done correctly).

PPC is like web promotion, always rinse wash repeat, sort of scenario.

    Shoot.

If I had only thought about making my name seo.expert then people would have no doubt about my abilities.

    Cool SEO Consultant

Honestly, I don't think I could ever work with people outside my church.

I do SEO at home by myself. The thought of communicating effectively with others in a non-church setting makes me want to throw-up.

    to seoman5....

    gee....<non-religious guy here>

...kinda a strong in-tolerant comment, eh? while I'd surely agree that "working with" people that you have common interests with is a great way to do what you love....I'd have to modify that by saying that "working with" others who DO NOT have that common bond is also very interesting.

you re-learn, you re-think, you re-deal with mores and themes that you thought were carved in stone for your own life....

just my 2cents, but hey, in today's economy that's more like a buck, eh!

If Jesus had that same Holy Attitude there would have never been disciples.

Looks like seo.expert with the one page site, a few backlinks from forums, with misspellings on his one page site and Google PR1 was banned.

Hey...seo.expert.....if you read this I suggest you read this thread first before you are allowed back in and start posting: http://forums.seochat.com/seo-help-general-chat-16/some-suggestions-for-you-new-members-227107.html

Also....your disagree comment on a post that you did not even respond to is just plain stupid. No one is questioning your SEO knowledge YET but we are definitely questioning your competence to be a member of this forum who will follow the rules. Example....saying someone can hire you when no one knows who you are and you have contributed NOTHING worthwhile to this COMMUNITY will get you nowhere. If they let you back in, earn our respect and then perhaps OTHERS will recommend you as an SEO to consider.

    Sorry to go off topic.

Talking Deserving Death and Destruction is not OK

That same intolerant attitude, about not wanting to work with anyone outside my church, also brought death and destruction to many innocents during the "holy" crusades? Alright. I know why God had it happen. Because this is not what our lord Jesus Christ wants for God's will.

What your talking about is commiting myself to major psychological suffering by, most likely, working with people who I really don't love because they all need an attitude adjustment. Non-believers, to me, are just more work that needs to be done by those who are followers of Christ.

That's funny, because I'm trying my darnedest to create a community completely outside the cancer that includes self-righteous and close minded people with your views.

From a purely pragmatic business standpoint, enjoy a slow death, the church ethos is miles and miles behind the culture that surrounds it. Why? Because evangelicals (which I boldly proclaim you to be) aren't leaders, they are reactionary to the world around them trying to pick off what's cool.

So you'll be dealing with people thinking they're innovative because they just busted out the powerpoint....but at least they're honest! on the surface.

In business we call these people 'bankruptcies'. If you aren't innovating and LEADING your industry/culture then you should just lie down quietly in a corner awaiting the 'rapture'....(which isn't coming, HA).

Man that was harsh, but the business strategy remains the same:

innovate and capitalize on distinct capabilities of your firm, don't copy, create.

It's God's will that you're ranked #1000 thus it's blasphemy to do SEO at all... you are a slave of Satan...

    Arrow It's Our Perogative

    djstreet,

I like that you really are creating a community that doesn't like my point of view on work effectiveness. The ultimate goal of all businesses should be to ethically make as much money as they can.

I still think it takes too much of a sacrifice to work with non-believers. I like the idea that as followers of Christ, we are a light for everyone. We also have the right to stay away from serious settings that deal with money because we are always spreading the gospel of Christ. Christ is priority in all we do, as dedicated believers.

On the other poster: SEO is not evil, it's a way to help SERPs be of more quality, to those of us who are ethical.

Exclamation I Like Big Companies, but ...

    fathom,

My views, dealing with this thread are that there is no way I would work for 007ph's company if the job requires me to work in an office setting. It would be more attractive if the work could be done at home but I still wouldn't do it. I just want to state my opinion of what I think of big companies being all non-egotistical and such. Maybe it is that 97% of all employees, excluding the owner, are all uncreative, uncourageous, workers who are content with others telling them what to do. I would feel out of place in their presence, especially when they are non-believers, being a business owner. But that's just me. I'm thirty-nine years old. I'm an old man. Most of you guys have your whole lives ahead of you. So what you do is up to you.

    Non believers in what?

Man this is insane - how a thread on the requirement of an SEO consultant is turning into a religious discussion.

We love, respect and believe in every religion. Believers and non-believers are both great in their very own ways - let's not make this a heated religious debate.

seoman5 - if you don't think that you can work for 007ph then it's fine - there are other threads where you can contribute.

    Thank you

How was any of this important information for the poster to know?

If your life sucks maybe it's you that is a non-believer... I'm 47 and I do have my whole life ahead of me... I died 2 1/2 years ago and there isn't "anything else out there but oblivion".
