Recruiting for SEM position At Leading Paid Search Company
Hi,
The company I work for is finding it difficult to recruit good people with SEM experience and a technical background. We're in the SF Bay area, please see our job posting if you are interested! http://www.craigslist.org/sby/eng/61207326.html thanks Joe Last edited by SEO_AM : March 14th, 2005 at 03:40 AM. Any idea on salary? The Bay Area is expensive!

Due to the nature of the SEM market, your firm will need to offer some exceptional incentives if you are seeking someone with experience and expertise. My recommendation would be to hire a recent college or high school graduate who's interested in the Internet field and train them. You can even outsource the training for $3K-$5K to an exceptionally talented SEO and have a first class worker on your hands.
Hiring SEO pros is very hard because of the ease with which SEO/SEMs can make an excellent income without working for a company. Good luck! |
