Profit sharing opertunity for UK Claims website

I am looking to possibly offer a profit share to any qualified seo profesionals for one of my websites

Currently we are not ranking in the top 100s in google, despite ranking at no 3 2 weeks before we launched the site

We would be interested in ofering a share of any profits made from the website which would be £100 for each accepted referal

The site is set up and users can search for solicitors for their injury / accident claims. On sucessfull aceptance from a solicitor for a claim that has been generated throught the site we will pay £100

We have generated a few referals in the last 2 months, but there is the potential to be refering at a very miniumum, 1 per dy if we have the right trafic on our site

This would generate an income of £3000 a month for the right seo, Aditionally if we ranked well in google, referals could be based on other similar companies , around 15-20 referals a day

so could provide an income of in excess of £50,000 a month.

We are fully regulated to operate this type of business in the uk, by the ministry of justice and is an ideal opertunity for a qualified seo to tap into a revenue market which would otherwise be unavailable due to the strick regualations of companies like ourselves

alturnativly if there is any visable reasons why we are not currently ranking well, please let me know.
