Professional indemnity insurance

Are you a full time SEO consultant? If so do you have Professional indemnity insurance. I know this looks like an ad - it isn't...but I'd like to know for myself whether it's worth the cost of taking out this policy.

If you do have it and are UK based which company do you use and how much do you pay for how much cover?

If you don't have much equity then the only thing that they can sue you for is your arse... and hard to get an attorney who wants 40% of that.... (well, at least 40% of mine would please few of them). But if you have some equity you need to either remove it from your biz or insure it.

LOL

I'm a sole trader but I'm told by my Insurance Broker even if I was a Ltd Co. they can still sue me personally - in the UK anyway, I assume the US is worse.

Just so people realise I'm not being sued by anyone, this is just in case the situation did arise.
