Plz help. good site blocked from yahoo. low on google (#17). will pay for serious hlp

First of all I have tried to look for some rules that would forbid this but I have not found any. I have a fairly profitable website, especially for the ammount of work I have put into it. I have had some difficulties with the seach engines and I really need someone who knows what they are doing and can explain why I am blocked from yahoo, and how to get a higher position on google. As suggested I am willing to pay someone, but I must be sure there will be results.
my site is LyricsSpot.com
right now it is #17 on google for lyrics
very low for the lesser term song lyrics
and blocked from yahoo entirely ( a search for lyrics spot doesnt even find it. ) Im on aim and that would be the preffered method of communication. thanks for any help this recieves, and I hope I have not upset anyone by posting this here.
