First I think you need to be realistic in what you wish to achieve.

Anyone can "optimized" but not every website can rank well.

You will get numerous people that wish to entertain your desire to rank but I highly doubt any will likely achieve what you wish.

Your website is limited by the fact that you don't appear to have anything that is remoting your own "unique products" - you appear to be merely an affiliate of real companies selling real products where you merely accept the order and the company that actually provides the product - provides you a "leads fees".

If that be the case - you best alternative is to learn SEO and do whatever it takes to rank rather than hiring volumes of cheap SEOs that will not be able to achieve your desired exposure.
