Actually on page factors are the one part of SEO that can be automated to a large extend so tools can be very usefull when optimizing sites.

it's certainly debatable. if you'd used any word other than "actually" i'd have taken more sympathy with your comment, but it seems you just love to argue and contradict other people's valid statements. sort it out.
