Need some help... Experience SEO guys..

Hello well finally some work has come to me in this SEO and SEM world, i got 2 clients now probably 3 in a month. And i want a big favor from you the pro ones.. hehe... i dont really have a proccess to explain to the client, i mean the process we will have in order to achieve out goals, i am new in this SEO world i am a webdesigner a flash one and i got process that i follow in order to finish my websites but for SEO i dont have one so i am asking if you can tell me some ideas of what i should include as my process....

haha, sorry i write it in a rush...well in order to start a seo marketing campaign you need to give your clients the step (process) you will follow in order to complete your task. well i am asking what are the steps you people tell your clients you will use?

Obviously data collection from the firm (for keywords and strategy)
redo the code
let the client review it
look at linking schemes etc.
maybe monthly maintenance?

and so forth.

Basically that is a tough order to fill... because each service is independent and based entirely on the approach and moreso, to the uniqueness of the industry/markets, and the client's website - as well as added value to ensure fruition is generated.

That said: I don't mind throwing you some documentation that can aid you towards "my thought processes" in servicing a contract -- provided:

1. you don't use verbatim [it wouldn't be fair to your client], and

2. PM me your client urls so I can best match a set.
