Need SEO Help (Paid)

I am not sure if this is in the correct forum or not, and I didnt see any rules against this sort of posting, but if I am wrong, please just let me know.

I have a website I am trying to get higher on the Search Engines. It is a bodybuilding website, and I am trying to get it into higher rankings. It is about 2 months old, and I have some good content along with a forum that I am trying to popularize.

I will happily pay for SEO service. Please let me know if I am going about this incorrectly, and what I need to do to correct it. Otherwise, I can give more info to anyone interested.

What are you looking for exactly?

Is it full SEO services ( this would mean something like analyzing your site, researching keywords to be targetted, sometimes analyzing competition and other related things and also implementing SEO - both on-page and off-page ) or just SEO consulting ( this would mean you're actually looking for someone to do the above mentioned things but you'll implement them on your own ) ?

There are many good SEO's in this forum. I would suggest you describe the scope of your services a bit further. You can tell those that are experienced in this forum by their reputation, number of posts, and the amount of time that they have been here. I would suggest once you have settled on a couple of possibles, reading through some of their posts by clicking on their user name. This may give you an idea of whether or not you think there would be a good professional and personality fit with you.

Well the site is xtreme-bb.com. I would be looking to target for keywords like bodybuilding, nutrition, fitness, fat loss, muscle gain, etc...

We are a non-profit org and everything is free so our budget is slightly smaller than some probably are, but I am also not sure what the monthly cost of an SEO would be.

I am not really to familiar with SEO at all so I would be looking for someone to do the work for me. My goals arent crazy like some people who want top 3 position within 2 months. I am looking to get into the top 25 - 50 on our keywords over the next few months.

If anyone can steer me in the right direction or would like to offer their services, please let me know.
