Need second opinion
I have been doing seo for a few years and I have two sites that I cannot figure out why they are not ranking in google for their targeted words. Im looking for a third party to evaluate my sites and give me an idea of what they are being filtered for. I know SEO and have gone over all the possible explanations I can think of (quite a few). Anyone who is familiar with advanced site review, let me know.

Well the sites have a history so I would really need to explain what was taking place before someone could make a decision. I also would need to explain all of the steps I took to remove all possible penalities. If you want I can PM you the URL's, but there is a serious story behind the sites over the last year.
