Need Help in our site www.cheap-modchip.com Keyword is Modchip or Mod chip
I want to understand what you are going to do for our site . Our main goal it's not to "gain better positioning...", our main goal to bring more customers and to gain more sales. I understand that you can't promise us this but we want to know what you planning to do that will better our chances in that objective.
I want you to be more specipic about the positioning, we want to be at the top list at google and other major search engines-can you guarantee that?
We want a long relationship with you in which we both earn from the increasing traffic and the sales that will come after it. Do you agree to consider "profit sharing" according to the increase in sales because of the seo activity by you.
We also want to show you our new design so you can tell us if it's good or we need to improve it in order to better our positioning.

my sites positionings move up and down every now and then.
right now, they are moving still. I am siiting still on this.

I can't recommend enough going about this another way. If I were you, I would not post openly in the forums requesting paid services, but would instead find some posters at SEOChat you particularly like - those who have good reputations, strong responses to posts and a high post count. It tells you they've been around a long time and know what they're talking about.

These people are the ones you should PM about services, rather than getting responses from random persons with whom you and the community is unfamiliar.
