Need help with Yahoo, Google Base

We rank incredibly high on Google search engines, we do very well there. Almost all of our traffic comes from there. We have several web sites. BUT, we do lousy on Yahoo. We have more content than any of our competition, so, it's not content. Couldn't care less about design so please don't talk to us about that. We just need help with Yahoo.

Secondly, we sed to be top in Froogle. Them, Froogle converted to Google Base. And, now, we rank abysmal. Which is odd as the content is the SAM E as our web site which ranks #1. So, we need help with that as well.
