Need a good SEO professional

Hi Everyone

I have an online magazine called The Cheers - www.thecheers.org. I would like to get a good SEO professional to work with me to get nice traffic to the site. The way I see it, the easiest thing would be to optimize single articles. Currently there's over 1000 articles in the archives. So far all the SEO has been done by me. Right now the article with best optimization seems to be http://www.thecheers.org/article_106_MSN_Nicknames.html as it gets about 250 visitors from search engines every day. Other articles don't do that well at all.

So I think it would be good idea to get eg. 100 or more articles optimized so that they would all bring that much readers to the site. I could make all the changes required programming-wise. Plus I could also make it possible for the SEO person to edit all the META tags, titles, also the actual content pages (you tell me what you need and I'll make it possible). So that everything would be easy to change. As the magazine gets spidered daily, I think the results should be visible in no time.

The money is definitely an issue here, there's no big budget, but for visible results I'm willing to pay, as the revenues depend on the number of readers. The magazine earns only with advertising.
