If you search for a company the easiest solution ist to contact Google with the keyword combination "Search engine optimization". This is probably the best reference list you can get...

You can even start learning SEO and can do it by yourself by taking some tutorials but it will take you a lot of time to understand how to get to the top and will also require a lot of hardwork and knowledge.
