Good luck in your search.

Just a comment: Recently we have experienced a veritable explosion of SEO talent searches. I think that the brick and mortars and larger Internet based businesses have finally woke up to the facts: To compete & succede on the Internet you must devote time and effort into SEO/SEM.

Many believed they could do it through advertising alone only to have much smaller competitors place higher in the SERPs and kicking their collective butts.

Smaller site owners take notice... the bigger fish are starting to enter our ponds.

You are right Seo_Pm
but we are smaller so we can move faster and respond to the changes quicker.
Bigger players have bigger policys and do move slower.
I know a guy that works for a big internet player and to even chnage a title tag they gave to submit 3 pieces fo paperwork and get them approved.

Sometimes smaller is better.

Put this comment on the freaking news.

What you said is bang on, small weiners are noticing, hey, I can actually compete with the big guys, what was once a distinct advantage (a positional one which translated into competitive advantage) is now gone, Joe Schmoe can compete with getty, cingular, etc.

So big fish better respond or I'll eat them alive. *insert evil laughter*
