Looking For SEO Help

Im kinda new to this so I hope I am at the right place. I have been interactive marketing for over 4yrs now, mostly email marketing. This past year I went off on my own and Co-Founded what is now AffNet.com. Email is still doing good for me but now I am looking to get into the real deal. I am in some need for some SEO HELP. looking to bring someone aboard and dont really want to hire one of them big SEO company's. So if any one here can point me in the right direction or send someone my way that would be a Awesome.

Thanks,
Victor Valdez

First thanks for posting.

1. budget - defines risk. Much like your clients gaining value from your mail lists [I assume] so to does SEO. More budget determines more potential for returns [and obviously more risk you are willing to take].

2. time - what is a "practical" time frame for return to develop? Generally - if an immediate need to induce return - costs [thus your risk] rises... if term is longer the likely scenerio is a payment plan.

3. You in comparision to competing players - it would be assumed that the vast majority of current competitors are "miles" ahead of you - sometimes this implies "deep pockets" in order to compete at the current level.

e.g. email marketing in Google returns results of 437 million potential competing pages with www.topica.com www.clickz.com & www.constantcontact.com all in the top 3 [merely a single phrase]... the point is:

Budget, time, and the ability for your current website to compete on its own merits will ultimately define - who can realistically help you to produce the desirable results.

In short: a website of "major depth & breadth" could likely compete easily with the right help.

without that: one [or both] of the first 2 - will be the determining factor.

large budget / lots of time [$50K likely]

extreme budget / less time [something above $50K]

small budget / enormous amount of time [likely nothing less than $25K and a year - possibly 2]

and picking the wrong help - NO CHANCE IN ANY CASE!

I would recommend even before determining "who" which model applies.

Cool Affiliate marketing....

I might be some help to you since I have been in this line for some time.... If you are really serious, please email me at mandeep16@gmail.com. I will send you some of my recent works.
I saw your website and was interested about your service. Actually, I too was about to enter the same business a year ago, but couldn't do so because of some reasons. However, I have done some heavy research in this topic (affiliate marketing). If you need help in this area too, contact me...

Cheers

Maybe you should look through some of the threads on this or other boards and determine which poster(s) you believe to be qualified. (I believe you cannot PM at this time on this board.) Most have links at their signatures that will give you a path to contact them. Failing that, post here asking for contact from the individual/company you would like to talk to.

hmmm... I didn't respond?

I sure hope you were not looking for all search engines, all keyphrases - $1000 or less.

That just ain't gonna happen without you losing $1000 and getting nothing for it... 99.991% of the time.

Visio disagrees: I disagree with that post. If this person was on the top for all these phrases they would certainly
do good. However As you have said it will be very costly for such a site.
