Looking For Professional Help

Heya,
i have activly been trying to optimize my site for months now, and althought i have recived good rankings for one or two of my keywords at times, they keep on disapearing from the search results, and i dont really have time for trying to do the SEO on my own anymore, and im looking for a SEO company that will

1. only charge me for keywords that they get into the top 10
2. I already have alot of time in effort in optimizing my page, and have a PR5 with tons of backlinks, and so i believe that i have already done alot of the work, or at least started it, i want somebody that is willing to take this into account when pricing there services


does anyone know of a company that might work for me,

also does anyone know of a site that reviews SEO companies, i have had such bad luck with online advertizing services in the past i would like to see a external review of a company that im trowing my money at

oh yea one more what are the best ways to choose keywords? for my site i use "emo shirt" and i can recived good rankings for this word but hardly any traffic comes from it, i am trying to get "vintage t shirts" but i think there is too much compitition for the word and im looking for good ways to choose other keywords. the site is www.greensquirrelshirts.com
