When you registered you found a good, free SEO database where you can ask questions and you will get amazing answers.
The only thing that you should do is ask more specific questions!

Cheap?? Very easy to find. Good? Now thats a different kettle of fish.

The best way is to probably do it yourself, bit by bit. Read these boards and search through all the old threads and when you are still unsure, simply post the question. Lots of people on here are very nice and helpful, even more importantly, they have been there and done that.

The time involved......well thats the downfall. I have probably spent 30-40 hrs listing in directories, making some bloggs, writing articles and changing things and just do a bit piece by piece. Worst part is that you get "sick of playing in the sand", whilst google determine wether you are allowed to come out and play.

Its a time issue, but do it yourself, it can be done and it can be done right. Cheers.
