If you wish you can email all offers for employment and I'll weed out the 'less desirables'... you're on your own for language factors though -- my Spanish is limited to curse words which was picked up from cross-training in their navy.

Also note if you can't seem to find the right mix I don't mind training on-site - which can be done in 2-6 weeks (dependent on their computer-based backgrounds)

hmmm... you mail server must be a long ways away (node wise) from mine which is in California -- your email hasn't arrived yet.

But i want to say that why r u prefering to call somebody at brazil or maxico.? You can also give the work here because i think it is not a big deal to give seo work to freelancers. It is a common method of nowadays...

It will save your money and also you got a many offers from the experts....

While you may be correct in one way... you lose accountability in another.

As an outsourced agent you are not an employee - you can choose to work for me only part of the day and work for someone else the rest and say you put in a full 8 hours work... how can I determine you did or didn't? your word?

Also fluent English and Spanish are necessities.

Also, and maybe more importantly, if you are serving more than one master/customer, you would likely give more attention to those customers that pays you the most money or puts more pressure on you. This can be very problematic for a company trying to do things within a certain time frame.

Software development and SEO schedules always seem to slip... then slip again... then again. With employees you can be sure that it is an actual slip due unforseen events. Whereas with outsourcing... a customer just may not be high enough on the priority list.

Sorry Brian I did not receive and checked both desktop and server inboxes, spamboxes, and local folders.

maybe try posting again but display @ as [at] and . as [dot] like: rod [at] spher [dot] ca.

since that doesn't resemble an email anymore the system should accept.
