Is relocation to San Diego a must or can there be a tele-commute relationship?

The position is based in San Diego and telecommuting is not an option with this company. But it's San Diego?!?!

I was in the first graduation class at Helix High in La Mesa (near San Diego) back in MCMLX. Still have sibling there: nieces and nephews; over 100 relaltives. Problem is that they are all trying to leave San Diego for other locations. San Diego was nice, but areas have a way of changing.

Edit: Not all are leaving, just most. Also, you should provide your e-mail or other contact method in the event that someone here does not want to publicize the fact that they may be interested.
