$1000 is all I have for this project and this is a test for whoever takes this on. I have other more important ones for which I have large budgets.

Would you like IF your site was used as a proof?
Would you like IF your competitors knew you used SEO/SEM?
Would you like IF you received 10-20 calls / emails a week from people contacting us asking how we were?
etc.

There are reasons why most SEO's don't do this kind of activity. We promote our own productons as case examples, but that's all....

I assume you have proof of that - right.

I'll do the first "for free" provided you sign contracts of all others in advance and they move forward the moment the first performs.

Unfortunately, like SEOs often need proof on past performances - the client also need to show - this isn't just a marketing pitch.
