well who says Brad has all the "secrets" anyway? His optomization techniques are sound, the real secret to seo is not the methods, but the fact that most people would rather pay someone than take the time to do it themselves. Plus the methods sound simple enough, but it requires an underlying understanding of all things technical on the web. Which most haven't the slightest. Most folks don't even know how to prevent viruses from attacking their computer or that most free "programs" come with spyware attached. MY point is, most people who have a company that is successful don't have the time or energy to put into optomizing their site. Thats where I come in. I give them a valuable service for a great price. Just like they pay UPS to ship their products rather than have an "in house" delivery company.

Looks like a marketing idea to me.

personally, I don't like sites that are set up like Brads, but I think that his idea and marketing are pretty good.

I am confident that brad is a well-rounded seo guy, however I really have harsh opinions about his product seo elite... It is a piece of **** to begin with. I must get 100's of link exchange request from linkmetro from people using his crap-*** spam software. The links are on pages not linked to, not indexed in google, and nothing but pore spam. Google, msn and yahoo are all WELL on there way to defeating seo spam like this, my opinion/advice for you all: dont buy seo elite, learn seo yourself and develop your own strategic white-hat seo style.

as for brad personally, I respect his ambition and successful strategics. This is not directed personally to brad, but just about seo elite... really when it comes down to it, the main reason I dont like the software, is that it heavily promotes blackhat techniques (well, at least gray-hat)

DigiDogStudios - I would say that through all of Brad's sites and achievements he has proved that he is more than just a 'well-rounded seo guy'.

With regards to you receiving 100's of link exchange requests from link metro, this has nothing to do with seoelite, and you have to become a member of linkmetro to receive the requests, so if you think all of Brad's softwars is **** then why would you join linkmetro?

I am unaware of any 'blackhat techniques' that seoelite performs - please could you explain yourself in more detail, as it is a fantastic piece of software and used properly as instructed, is not performing any 'blackhat techniques' at all.

Are you Brad registered under a different name or you trying to get a free copy of the software . Actually i've tried the software and it still full of bugs 100's to count am waiting for a more stable version as it helps a little bit analyze the BL's of your competitors nothing more than that even the option to send emails for the sites you find sucks it doesn't work good and most of the time the software stops working suddenly anyway as i said its still buggy but what shall i do i like to try all seo softwares in the market.

I'm not sure if it's worth the money (seo elite) but I have made good use of it.

The main use for me is determining who competitors are backlinked from and the anchor text, pagerank of my backlinks and density of terms used in backlinks, verifying link back from partners and position on se's.

I dont use the 'email link partners thing'.

Theres probably other software that does this although it's handy and easy to use all in one program.

As for bugs, and im being honest, it has never given me one ounce of trouble and i'm sure if you where having trouble Brad would soon sort it out.

Linkmetro and seo elite are seperate things - like someone else said if you dont like emails from linkmetro remove yourself or set the filters up.

LOL, have u checked if the PR information for the page is right eventhough most of the time it give N/A for most of the information also i'll give you an example of a bug which looks crappy if you want to exit it asks you if you want to save then you choose to save and try to exit again it will ask you again eventhough it stores all the data and you'll end up with 100's of files with meanless names filling the software folder also try to check where your site is ranking for some keywords and compare the results by checking them manually then you'll see they are not the same further more you can't do check for two websites it will load the old website and search for the terms together also sometimes while your searching for link partners and you want to delete on of the results it'll give you an error and many more if you want me to count them for you. Frankly speaking its not user friendly at all and it needs too much improvements to be like the professional softwares in the market and he must consider using search engines API's for better performance. I don't have anything against brad and i like his ideas and that he's active all the time sending out emails for peopl but am talking from a user point of view about the software that's all.

seo elite is rubbish, and everybody ive talked to who has purchased it and knows anything about seo - will tell you the same

Well, I know a couple things about SEO, and I have purchase and use SEO Elite. I don't think it is rubbish. You're right, it is buggy. It has lots of problems, in my opinion. I also don't use 3/4 of it's features. But if it saves me an hour or 2, it has paid for itself, and it saves me a great deal more time than that doing things I would otherwise do by hand.

It is certainly not the end all and be all of off page optimization software. And Brad is definitely a better marketer than he is a software developer. Or maybe he just focuses more on marketing than on development because that is where the money is.

I am using SeoElite..it is bugy and I have raised few bugs with Brad..but on the whole it tells me who my competitors link to, and I can find potential link partners with specific targetted keywords...I can email them..but what it cant gaurantee is that they will approve your link request...I am not aware of any other software that does that.

Is it Spam? well...You are sending unsolicited emails requesting links...is that a spam?
