ecommerce80,
First rule of thumb with any forum (or any community for that matter), read and watch what other do/say first, then speak. If you take some time to follow that rule of thumb, you'll likely find much more appropriate ways to find the answers ou are looking for. In general, walking in, offering nothing and asking a laundry list of questions is not likely to motivate those in the know to share.

Start by reading. Use the search function and you will find answers to most of your questions. Asking the most basic of questions says to others that you don't want to do any work yourself, yet you want others to take the time to explain things to you. Not the best approach, imho.

If you are truly interested, stick around and keep reading. You'll have those questions and many more important ones answered in no time.

Exclamation Try looking first, be glad im in a nice mood...

1.What is the Interlinkage between PR and SEO? How does it stimulates a high rank?
SEO stimulates good rankings, Full stop. SEO isnt like a little person, its a process, a vocation for some of us, there is no How Does. Its like saying how does plaining a piece of wood make it thinner (It just does).

2.1.What is the Interlinkage between PR and SEO? How does it guarantee a high rank?
Nothing guarantees high rank, choosing a niche industry and keyword strategy is a start, but nothing in SEO is guaranteed.

3.Since most of the Promotional methods includes investment, please let me know about the non-investment promotional methods.
Take a look around these Forums! hint: "Link Popularity"

4. What is the difference between the promotional methods of SEO that involves investment to that dosen’t?
Ones that involve investment will cost you money, the others wont (surely the answer was in the question)

5. How should one promote a product? Is SEO the last word or other Promotional methods that need to be followed?
I think you may have grabbed the wrong end of the stick. SEO (as a word) covers everything that is involved in Optimising a site for the Search Engines (Notice the words in blue spell out SEO! Genius eh). So thats it!

6.Where one should find the non-investment promotional method?
http://forums.seochat.com/link-popularity-43/ theres a start..

7.What is role of forum in SEO?How can one approach promoting via forum?
This isnt the time and definatly not the place to ask that question!

Next time, as other said, look around, search the forums and these questions will be answered more than once, i assure you. Be glad you got that much from me, im a busy man, you know..
