Independent SEOs Needed

Pending my retirement from SEO services on September 14, 2006 my firm Spheri Dot CA Incorporated requires a volume of independent service providers to perform a specific set of SEO tasks within the realm of "On Page Optimization".

Procedures:

1. Receipt of project from Spheri Dot CA Incorporated

2. Signoff on Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) per project for client's confidential access information.

3. On receipt of NDA a digitally scanned signature (for email) or fax copy of NDA - project Paid in Full

3. Signoff sheet to perform the following tasks:

• Title Element Enhancements (<title></title>)
• Page Title Enhancements (H Tags)
• Meta Tag Removals off all web pages
• Internal Link Structural Enhancements (Nav Menus Link Anchor Text Adjustments)
• Incorporating rel="nofollow" on selected web pages
• Installment of two Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Setup of mySQL Databases for each CMS, and
• Seamless Integration of CMS archives into the main website

Spheri Dot CA Incoporated will do all design (template) work on completion of project.

CMS archives are accountable on an unlimited license

All productivity tools provided

No reports needed (other than the signoff sheet)

Prepackaged client services are vertically priced according to number of pages - 1 - 100, 101 - 200, 201-500, and customized packages beyond.

Precise instructions provided with signoff sheet per project.

Additional training provided "if" the independent service provider has the general core competencies needed to fulfill the majority of tasks.

Please be honest - I don't mind learning amateurs (they tend not to have as many bad habits) but if you indicate (example) 5 years - your work diversity should reflect your suggested seniority.

Lastly - Bid price on work forwarded for the first 3 prepackages and in addition weekly hours for available work.
