BTW - penalty research can be extremely difficult to determine. Without knowledge of the domain's history - what was done in past for link, content, and general SEO practices it can be like looking for a grain of salt -- in a beach of sand.

You should start writing down a chronological history of developments [not just around the penalty time] but since a website has been on the domain... as penalties can be attracted months even years after the initial development occurred.

there is far too much to write down regarding all of the seo techniques applied to the site over the past 4 years. However i do have a fairly good idea of tactics that likely created some of the trouble. Also a Yahoo technician who deals with reinclusion gave me some helpful clues as to what schemes were attracting negative attention from the engines.

I already have a generalized familiarity with optimization tips and techniques however jump-starting an historically established but heavily seo'd site back into the engines which have turned a blind eye to you is what i am in desperate need of advice.

I'd like to start on this on Monday. I would really like to work out a mutually beneficial split Fathom, but I'd really like to get this project moooooving back up!

Constructively you should forget partnering since this requires someone else to invest time and effort without remuneration unless you are everything you say you are... to prove that takes time and patience... "partnering" implies that I fix all your problems as if they are my own so "my company can prosper again"... that isn't overly easy to start with on my own project - but I would have enormous pre-existing insights -- coming in on someone elses project afterthefact is somewhat suicidal.

I suggest you look up http://www.webuildpages.com/ as they have significant experience in penalty solving solution... you should expect a heavy bill with fairly large advance payment [$10K+].

Thats ridiculous and everything you are saying is totally ridiculous to me. To what..clean up some wildcard subpages and spend a few weeks begging and pleading with Google/Yahoo Techs with some well written dialog requires $10,000.00??? or sharing 20k of my own profits with you a month (at least) for the same pathetically simple strategy?
