I think the point about solicitation and being a new member is, you really need to build up your rep at each forum you are looking to solicit at, just because you have a lot of posts somewhere else means nothing to members here - we are not going to read through all of your posts at another forum and decide whether you have proven yourself. Prove yourself here, by providing free advice and participating in the community. Once you show yourself to be an expert, you should not have to ask for business

Not sure if this is directed at me, or the other gentlemen posting with little to no forum credentials. Me personally, I'm not selling anything here. On the contrary, I'm actually in the business of buying/hiring at the moment.

also anyone take a peak at the sites? I really dont need new seo, what i need is to remove harmful seo and to simply get my sites back into the engines for re inclusion.

wow guru and elance seems like a dead end place to search for talent. All i am receiving is poorly persuasive canned speeches. I was really hoping someone could point me to someone on here which a decent reputation. Despite leaving his email address and replying to it, Fathom has not emailed me back to date, I can only assume either he is not interested or busy with other affairs and has not read my email. For my sake i hope the latter.

I am in the states, been doing web design for quite some time. Our clients are now asking us about the SEO stuff. I am not in a position to begin to learn new tricks, much rather have experts do it, make money quicker that way. If you are still open to a partnership of any sorts, please contact me.

I'm kind of confused i have been emailing Fathom for some time, without a courtesy response. What do you guys suggest i do? I really need to get my site back into the engines and would like someone who knows their stuff to take a peak at the site, make a few obvious recommendations and suggest how to best proceed with the re inclusion.

Do you guys think i should post another thread about how to re include it and follow the advice and post daily updates? I'm really serious about making some major changes and doing whatever it takes to get back in the index.

I think most of us SEO guys suffer from ADD, i do... takes a fast paced mind to really see the larger picture behind these algorithms.
