Help? New site

Hey everyone! I have been coming to the forum for years and i finally decided to jump in and start a site. I have most of the basics done but i need some help getting it onto yahoo or maybe even google. (haha!) I am definatly willing to throw a couple bucks to someone if they can help me. I am starting to move up on M but i have had my site for about a year and it is really close to complete and i still dont even show up anywhere on Y or G. Thanks for your help in advance.

Make sure your Titles and MEta are Unique.. While doing a site:www.thetiffanydepot.com it shows most of your pages seems 'Similar' to Google..
get more and more relevant BLs... - now a days.. reciprocal links are not that worth - with relevant KW.. Am not thinking you are in a high competed market.. Anyway loads are there to make sure in SEO perspective...
