Help need an seo guy

Long time reader , ive been working with a site builder who is not very knowlageable in the seo world, which is why i began about a year ago to study seo and try to understand the basics. What i have learned in about a year among other things thanx to this forum, is that i need a qualified , seo proffessional on my side. I dont have huge dollars to spend but i do realize the importance of seo during the design phase and startup, and therefore am willing to spend a bit. My question is What is the best place to find someone, that is aware of the latest techniques regarding seo that can work with us to help us avoid all of the common mistakes during the design and initial launch. I also have access to a small group of workers who understand the basics and could help a great deal with the workload if i could somehow get an seo pro to work as a consultant. Ive become quite a fan of many of the posters on this forum but i dont know if they offer the type of service i would require. Any tips, direction or basic advice would be greatly appreciated . Absolutely, and parden the poor choice of words.

I would enjoy a job like that (coordinating a site design from ground in order to make it SEO friendly). I have experience with this kind of jobs, just recently I and a client of mine launched quite a big site that I was hired to SEO about 6 months ago and since then I've been coordinating the whole team (coders, designers, writers) during the site design, content writing/loading etc.

Also, I understand you don't have a bunch to spend so if you want we can talk a bit about it to see if we fit each other's needs.
