Is it that big of a deal to ask an anonymous questions?

Like i said i have been burned by several Seos and have been in talks with them for several months.

Either way i have chosen to go in another direction.

Thanks for nothing..

Thanks for contributing nothing except a rookie attempt to spam.

Unfortunately even that is worth nothing because we see it every day and pegged you from the start.

I have no problem losing an inexperienced spammer.

I'm sure this isn't your first experience either.

SeeYa!!!

I read an article from Brian of SEOMAtrix and he say to look to see if the complaints are resolved.

If any one can provide more info on them i would really appreciate it.

Below is the report.
<edited - there is no need to see a BBB report> GTSG

What a freeekin joke. "I found a couple BBB boo boos"

Dude, If you have 1 'boo boo' on record with the BBB you represent an absolute terrible company, let alone "a few".

They act as a mediator and with little to no effort 98% are resolved.

Christ why I even wasting time with this thread???

Why did you hijack this thread in the first place? Seems like if you were really looking for an SEO firm you would have made a simple post stating you are considering these firms and has anyone heard or used any of them?

Why wouldn't you show your URL so we can give you advice? We aren't charging you anything so how can we "burn you?" This forum is one of the top places on the web to learn SEO so why give up so easily if you really want to get this right?

You have convinced me you mostly likely work for that comedy SEO firm you posted or you deserve to get burned because you won't take the time educate yourself.

I strongly dislike it when first time posters just come on to slag of at another company. Are you a disgruntled ex-employee? Are you a competator?... To me your post is bad advice simply because you have no creability. It to me is fairly cowardly to come on with no name, no contact adress and slander another company...

The fact is, unless you've got something to back it up, you've got nothing but slander. Bad form! If you're not a disgruntled employee, you're probably the customer that expected #1 rankings, 100000 visitors and 1000000 in business the first month.....lol

The bbb is, unfortunatetly, the best guage you have only because it gives consumers an effective tool, outside of lining the pocket of an attorney, to attain some type of voice when a company fails to deliver what they've sold.

Don't knock the bbb as a "Suit". I've used it as a consumer on two occassions to rectify a wrong and it works. Like anything, it ain't perfect. In this industry, it's one more tool someone has to guage the legitimacy/reliability of a company. We darn sure don't have licensing requirements or regulations in the states.

Basically, hang a sign on the door and you're an "SEO Company". One day, maybe that will change.

I personally have looked at the "SEO Membership' route, but I just can't see the point of giving someone I know nothing about 2k (whatever it was, I could join a bunch more chambers, at 250 to 300 a pop, and network for what they wanted) to have a membership in some silly SEO club and use some stupid image.

Cheaper to set up a not for profit ($500 bucks), hire a bunch of overseas peeps to create an "Official" website($150 bucks) and some silly member only content ($150 bucks) and put a darn "Official Member" logo on my company site....lmbo... Yeah... I was irritate a bit with that one....lol

I was like, man, I should have thought of that...lol
