I'm back..
Okay..
I am in no way affiliated with smallvolume.com.. I do have an order with them. I had a fear that I had made a mistake and honestly really did just start researching the company, found this site and posted a thread. I will be completely honest with my response and my dealing with smallvolume.com because I would hope that others would do the same. There are some real shadey people out there and businesses and I don't want to be any part of that. I will follow up with the TRUTH about what happens with my shipment. So far, they have contacted me with all questions/concerns regarding my order to ensure that it is correct. I have been impressed with the customer service thus far. I have had at least 7 emails since I placed my order on the 15th and they tried to call me once (from Hong Kong) and left me a detailed message. There are no coincidences. Things happen for a reason.

I just had a chance to read all that has transpired on this site since my original post. I really do have an order with your company and do use different web addresses for business purposes. I will tell you the two ladies that I've been working with are M - - - - - and Z - -. They have been wonderful. If I had known how much trouble I would've caused I never would've posted here. I really really want my order to go through smooth and hopefully I will continue to do business with you and smallvolume.com. I wanted to give your company a shot and so far I feel confident and am very pleased with how it's going. I'm sorry I didn't get back to this site sooner. I promise to follow through and leave feedback on how everything was handled from this point on with my order. So far I'm very impressed with smallvolume.com and hope to be in business with you in the future.

Not to worry about it. I could understand what might have happened. If you google "smallvolume forum", this page itself comes up on the top 3 position. Mostly likely anyone could have mistaken this for one of the forums about wholesale trade where anyone had a right to discuss about. But maybe you might not have realised it is Search Engine forum instead. Lol.

Naturally, the forum contributors were a bit concerned due to the fact of the timeline between my posting and your posting which they found were much too "impossible" to be a coincidence. But fact is, this page is ranked no.3 on search results as i mentioned above. So it could be very possible.

I will also send a note to Holly and Zoe to expedite your items and give you a status on that.

Meanwhile, thx for clearing our name..

p.s. could you provide your order no. so i can reference that to the staff?
