Your Opinion: XHTML or CSS
Hi there, I am a super newbie  and would appreciate your opinions.
I want to start making a website and was wondering what coding to use
( XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.0? ) so as to make it easier to allow SEO now and as the site progresses.
If there is any other helpful advise I can use now, before I start making the website (rather than later), pls. do feel free to share.
