Hi all am new around these parts and hoping to learn from you guys.
My first question involves writing articles etc on the web. If I write an article and post it on a social network for all to see who owns it. For eg I write for a group I have started on a social network and decide to end my membership what happens to my content can I take it with me ?? Would be grateful of your help jerry00 |

To clarify... If you were I...
I would register the articles with Copyright.gov [$35 USD is cheap] then... demand the owner of the site remove them and give them a helping hand by using DMCA claims at all search engines and their host. If you aren't I... and don't plan to register... politely ask them to remove the content... you can bluff if they decline buit they can certainly call your bluff and then you have just given them permission to abuse your work. |
