What's the best way to learn SEO?

I've worked online for just over 5 years, so I have a grasp of what SEO is and the theory behind it. I lack the know-how to actually perform SEO for my business. What is the best and most current resource to learn SEO?

I'm looking for either a book or an online program. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Try this book:
http://www.amazon.com/Art-SEO-Theory-Practice/dp/0596518862/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

It's a new book out written by Rand Fishkin, Eric Enge, Spencer Stephan, and Jessie Stricchiola. Ii haven't read it yet, but have heard some good reviews by members here.

"Landing Page Optimization" by Tim Ash - although this is a usability type thing, and only indirectly related to SEO. (was recommended by EGOL)

"The Art of War" by Sun Tzu - strategy book - has good application to any aspect of life involving strategic business. (read in Business Law class, then after recommended also by EGOL, read it again with an SEO perspective)
