Tools to chech sites for bad neighbourhood links

Can anyone recommend a tool for checking if a site has any bad neighbourhood links?

The link to Xenu Link Sleuth was particularly useful

I checked outdomaintools but they want paying, but found a good one here: seomoz.org/toolbox/ip_hosted

This is the kind of tool I ma really after bad-neighborhood.com/text-link-tool.htm unfortunately this seems to be limited to 4 pages and I neeed something that can scan a whole site.

Ever come across anything like that?
