Seochat suffering canonical issue

It is strange forums.seochat.com has canonical issue.

Please Check:

cache:forums.seochat.com
cache:forums.seochat.com/index.php

Here we are advice to user use 301 redirect for canonical issue but why this forum not using this code??

Too bad they don't have an SEO consultant to point this out

With the enormous link power and the trust that this domain has it hardly matters whether it has a canonical issue or not...but yes if there are too many external references [links] as forums.seochat.com/index.php then a 301 would be a good bet.

Its not what people say but the statistics and research and that proves that smoking is deadly

Canonical "issues" have nothing to do with authority or established trust. So I would say the bigger the domain the more important it is because the more links are pointing to each version.

All an admin has to do is add a line to the .htaccess and it is fixed so it is well worth the time.

Do your really think this is a canonical issue?

Different datacenters make Google.com and depending on the date depends on which one carries the cache for that date... but "cache" isn't associated with link 'anything'... anchors, pop, PageRank, trust, etc. and therefore doesn't impact ranks.

IMHO

Ok thanks Visio I got what exactly you want to say here. If you get more links quality content for any websit then google doen't remove you search terms in google search.
Means more links, more trust no effects on canonical issues.
