    SEO Book Toolbar?

Has anyone come across and used the SEO Book, SEO Toolbar? It seems fairly comprehensive in informaiton, however, is it any good?

To sign up to anything else with them costs $300 a month which seems really steep and not something I want to do.

Would be interested in peoples views in the tool though, and / or any others people are aware of.

    Thanks,
    Richard

As a first point of reference I find it useful. Although, I find that some of the information doesn't display (just me? or perhaps the metrics aren't recorded.) Regardless, its a good tool before you begin thorough research.

you will find plenty of seo tool bars for different browsers that are comprehensive. no doubt the seo book version is as well. sometimes i have found certain functions in tool bars not working temporarily or the external sites they use not doing a great job in gathering information. some browsers also rank add-ons by popularity which can help.
