Need Help: Anybody use MARKETLEAP? Thoughts on this SEO???

I've been using SEO MarketLeap (http://www.marketleap.com ) and have not been impressed with their customer service. Has anybody used them? Thoughts? Are there any better SEOs out there? They are now chAnging their business model from paid inclusion through Inktomi to cost per click reseller through Overture SiteMatch.

Please help.
