Ironic?

Sorry if this has already been brought up, and it's in no way a dig against seochat.com, but I feel it's kind of ironic that a site about search engine optimisation has a PR of 3. Isn't the default PR 4?

yea, it is - since the rest of the dev shed network has a PR8 or so.

give it some time. many changes were made to the site over the past several months that might be making Google upset. ;)

Not ironic really. Many SEO sites have been banned, especially back in the "good old days" when Google was very tough, and many people got teh chop. These days, they just give you a "buried real deep" penalty instead.

That said, many good SEOs are still banned, doesn't change the fact their service may be great, they may know heaps etc etc.
