MohamadMJ, the competition numbers in Google Adwords tool are for the AdWords competition, not for organic search.
Are you picking keywords for Adwords or for SEO?
If you're picking the keywords for SEO, then you'd need to estimate SEO competition for each keyword in your list and see which keywords have a decent number of searches, but also relatively weak competition.
I normally check keywords with Rank tracker http://www.link-assistant.com/rank-tracker, but it will only give you the number of pages ranking for each keyword.
Then you would need to see how well-optimized those pages are.
For example, you need to decide, whether to use "dog food" or "food for dogs".
    You see that:
    1. dog food has 200,000 searches, 1, 000, 000 pages rankings for it
    2. food for dogs has 100,000 searches and only 500,000 pages ranking for it.

From the first site it looks like it should be easier to optimize for food for dogs, because it has less competition. From my experience, the more popular the keyword, the more SEO people are trying to optimize for it, lol.
But you will also need to look at the top 10 websites (at least) ranking for "dog food" and "food for dogs". You'd have to look at how they structured, what content they have, what internal links and anchors they have, and , most importantly right now - to check their backlinks.

Then you get an idea if it would be realistic for you to compete with them for that keyword and how much it would cost you. Am talking about organic SERPs though.
