Thanks DJ that is a very nice comment.

Thank you my firends for all the nice things you have said.

I do love seochat it is a pleasent break from my work.

As I have previousally said being a memeber here has in part resulted in my business being very successful.

So in line with DJ's post here is my best tip for those considering starting out on a new venture or exapanding their existing one.

'Strategic Relationships' are the key to easy growth. Develop and build on these. A possible start would be to think local and finding someone who has a real product to sell. Form the relationship and then you have something that you can put your effort into promoting.

Remember all business decisions boil down to Return on Investment and opportunity cost. Try to leave emotion out of business it does not help. Focus on the future the past is only valid as a learning experience it is not really a relevant factor in deciding future directions.

As for how to get the most from SEOchat well thats easy particpate, answer questions, put forward your own theories for discussion AND a great method of finding good posts is to click on members you like/respect and visit the posts/threads they were given rep for. You get to read some awesome and enlightening posts...

Once again thanks for the kind words my friends.....
