Gaming and Affiliate SEO Conference in London Jan 25 - Feb 1st - FREE

Hi All,

Just a quick note to mention that I’ll be doing 1-on-1’s on behalf of Euro Partners and GPWA from the 25th – 1st at the International Casino Conference, the International Gaming Expo and the London Affiliate Conference.* In the past these have included site analysis, industry recommendations, SEO and PPC advice and other strategy-based discussions.

There have been quite a few changes to paid and organic search such as the Caffeine update and I’ll be releasing my 2010 version of Top 12 SEO Tips in GPWA’s next issue – but if you would like to get a preview of the new recommendations and how they may or may not affect you then schedule a 30 minute meeting.

As anyone that I have spoken to in the past knows, I don’t ‘commercial’ these 1-on1’s, I give straight answers in a transparent way. I am also an Affiliate and can offer some unique tips in the gaming industry that I think you would be hard-pressed to hear from a typical SEO company that caters to Operators versus their Affiliates.

PS. I'll be giving free access to a new tool we developed Vanguard Link Inspector*which not only looks at your back links but also inspects various attributes of who links to the websites that link to you.

sigh...sure wish I could be there -- oh, I don't have any clients in the gaming channel, but I'd bet I could learn a lot!

if anyone here (NA that is) does go, then we'd really appreciate an update (or Gary if you could do that?) to the whole conference....

especially any slide decks etc on SEO tips...

Sure no problem. I have 20+ meetings but will be in a few of the sessions. I'm not speaking because I was originally getting married during the dates.

We often don't see eye to eye on a variety of things... but put your mod hat on. because we do here.

This thread violates SEOChat's TOS.

The gist is self-promotion for Vanguard SEO and if this was any non-mod member you would give the member a warning.

I don't see any problem in a little self-promotion when asked by another member or used amplify or answer a related question but nothing was asked of you and this isn't a GAMING Forum so the conference is a non-issue to the active membership (mostly)... and removing that all that is left is garythescubaguy's private promotional venue.

Mods please do your job.

It is in general chat though (although i see why its considered self promotion). So the conference part could be put in this section surely? If so then Gary perhaps edit it so its less self promoting?
