Nah it's really me... been sitting here attempting to write something.

I'd never heard of it before (a heart attack called a 24-hour event)... but that was the easy way for the doctors to explain all the burn marks on my chest... from hitting me with the paddles so many times.

I guess things we take for granted fall under short-term memory . e.g. walking since on Sunday last I couldn't walk and they were going to keep me in the hospital for 2 weeks for therapy.

My long-term memory was intact (I remember being a SEO needing to learn/develop unique solutions overnight... so I applied myself (didn't need one second of therapy) but learning to walk in a dark room wasn't easy... I now know what a baby attmpting that first step, seeing everyone around them go it with ease and they can't.

They also didn't want to release me even when I proved therapy wasn't needed... they then got a taste of my submariner side [and release me the next day].

In any case I'll be around [lightly] over X-mas but need to change lots of habits (that are all tied together)...

they had me in a morphine-induced coma for a week to allow a chance for my heart to heal, they started to slowly let me out of it, but even in a semi-conscious-state I guess I didn't want that vent-tube down my throat... so they kept my under for a second week.

Needless to say after 2-weeks (336 hours) of sleep... that's a 1st for me.

I can tell you though sub-consciously my mind was SO active & alert it invented a completely different reality to explain what had happened.
