Hi guys,
Can any one can tell advantages and disadvantages on comment posting? Is there will be any affect on my site? waiting for the answers

You will get user generated content which in the main is good as it is extra on topic content on your site. All you need to worry about is spam postings, so moderation is key. Also i'd nofollow links in comments to stop the risk of you linking out to a bad neighbourhood from the comments and then being penalised.

I agree with channel5.. Comment Posting is good the more comments your site has meaning it's popular to think that there are lots of people reading it..
you just need to moderate each comment for you to delete spam comment which is not relevant to your site..
