Best SEO web generator ?????

Hi,

Firstly, just to say this forum & dance tools etc. has been a good source of help over the past few months - thanks Darrin et al!

I was wondering how search engine friendly Microsoft Front page is. I have an online commercial site aimed at the public that is doing reasonably well in Google (pr5 & good search results) & now want a static site that will be placed very high in the ranks with good optimisation on as fewer keywords/phrases as possible.

I am a novice & have seen reasonable reviews of Front Page - but is there any other s/w packages that are fairly cheap, easy to use, reasonable looks (nothing fancy tho) yet better at topping the ranks?

I do realise that most SEO is down to what you do with it but I am sure some packages are better than others (dont forget I'm only a vovice at this so any packages should be easy & ok in the UK)

GoLive is a professional grade html editor. Although it dosen't provide any special features for SEOs, it does allow you to tweak the page quite a bit by hand and not messing with your code.

Hi there, If you have any mates that have dreamweaver I find it very usefull. I started 3-4 years ago and was using frontpage too but after a 15 minute intro to the basics of dreamweaver I fell in love with it. Not that Im saying nick a copy of your mates software but maybe go round and do all your work at his/her house. LOL

ugh - if you are gonna blow that kind of cash, go with dreamweaver....it's a MUCH better tool.
