another question; is it better to keep submitting my articles to few good directories ( 3 or 4) instead of submit to thousands of them ? i got a good articles writer and he is delivering 4 good articles a month. Let me know what do you think

Thousands??? No need buddy.......Just submit to a few selected websites namely ezinearticles, goarticles, buzzle, articleshelf, amazines, a1articles and a few more (others will let you know about a few more names)......i only use a handful which are around 15 to 20 and they provide a real good amount of traffic.
