SEOs have a lot of data to sift through. There are deadlines, appointments, scheduled blog posts, brand mentions, keyword tracking...all of that good stuff.
If you're like me, you might keep three or four different notepads and email inboxes filled with notices. That can fall apart pretty quickly if you lose a piece of paper or delete an email and forget about it.
One of our recent blog posts is about how to aggregate all of your data into SEO dashboards. Take a look at some techniques and tools for monitoring client brand mentions, organizing gmail addresses, tracking metrics (up to 60 at a time per client), importing backlinks, and even exporting spiffy reports!
It's important to understand what all of the data means, of course. Even if you had access to all the information on the Internet, it'd be useless if you didn't know how to analyze it!
